Answer: Yes, we ship to Canada. You would be responsible for the Duty Tax. And in some areas shipping is included

Answer: We listen to you. We'll find out if you are brand new or a seasoned embroiderer. That is where we start. We don't set a curriculum and throw information hoping it sticks. We take the time to work directly with you, answering all your questions as we go along. Not just answering, but showing you how to use it. We do prefer you to have a video camera on your end. But you never have to be on the other end. But that way you can point to something and ask a question.
Question: What if I only had evenings and weekends available for training and help?
Answer: We will work with you and your schedule. We have started as late as 9:30pm (EST). to ensure someone's training on the (PST) west coast of America (which is 6:30om).
Question: How does training and help actually work?
Answer: We use a program called Gotomeeting. You don't need an account and we send you a link and video chat with you. Doug sits in front of a Blue Sky embroidery machine and you sit in front of yours and he visually and audibly explains how to run, maintain or do any repairs if needed. Most repairs could be avoided if the trace feature is used when you start a new project.
Question: Is the machine easy to learn?
Answer: As in all things, there is a learning curve. But with Doug's knack for teaching, he has had every person embroidering within the first few hours. This is why we Always have Free unlimited training, and free unlimited help.
Question: Are there videos?
Answer: We do have a ton of videos (and making more all the time) in our teaching group on facebook. A group you are invited too the minute the sale is complete.
Question: I hate Facebook, do I have to be in the group?
Answer: No, but I guarantee you that this is a nice, calm, peaceful group that focuses on the machine and embroidery. No other subjects are allowed. We focus the group on teaching you to become a pro at embroidery and your machine. We work hard to create a wonderful space where you can feel free to post real problems with your machine or embroidery. A place where you can get real help from us at all times. We know once you check out our group, you'll start to feel comfortable there. No meme's, no craziness. Just Blue Sky embroidery machine questions (and questions about products to run on machines). The amount of time you end up spending on the group can be as little as you'd like. Just come on ask a question and watch a video and then sign off.
Question: Do you allow others to be in the training session?
Answer: Anyone You want in the training session is absolutely allowed.
Question: Do you ever do classes with multiple people in them?
Answer: Yes we do. Around every 3 to 4 months we try to do a class. We answer questions, help show what you ask us to show you. We also record the class and put it up in our FB group so owners can watch it when they have time. We offer an area to send in request questions for the class if you are going to be unavailable to watch in person.
Question: Do you offer Financing?
Answer: We work closely with two financing companies, if you click on the Financing tab you can start an application if you choose. You are never locked in until a final signature, so you can feel free to look around.
Question: If I give you any of my information are you going to bug me to buy a machine?
Answer: Never. We don't do cold calls. We don't check up on people to see if they will agree to buy a Blue Sky embroidery machine. We let You be in control. No bugging, no harassing, no chasing you down. We don't like other companies to do it to us either. With Advantage Inc, you are always the one in control.
Question: How long does it take, once I order a machine, to get it?
Answer: After we receive payment, it takes 1 to 3 business days to get the machine on a freight truck to head your way. Once there, it takes up to 10 days to get your shipment, depending on location.
Question: Do you sell to Canada?

Answer: We keep a lot of our stock online in our AdvantateIncStore.com. However, we keep the motors, boards, monitors and other certain parts in stock on our shelves but do not put them in the store to ensure our customers can always get a part when needed. Not that you'll need them, but they are there just in case. We never want our customers to have to wait for a part if they need it.
Question: if I am in Alaska or Hawaii?
Answer: We can ship to a port here in the lower 48, and help you find how to get the crate to you.
Question: If I am in another country not listed, can I purchase a machine?
Answer: Absolutely. We will ship to any port within the United States (lower 48) and help you find a broker to finish shipping it to you (extra charges from the broker will apply).
Question: What if I need to just upgrade my Embrilliance digitizing software? Or what if I only want Essentials or just need a Font package.
Answer: Not a problem. We'll only give you what you ask for. And we can price any of the Embrilliance out and give you a grand total.
Question: What if I only do embroidery for a hobby? What if I don't use the machine that often?
Answer: We have a nice bunch of owners who do the same as you. Use the Blue Sky embroidery machine as a hobby. You just need to know that you should turn on the machine once a month for 3 to 4 hours, you can turn it on and go do whatever else you want to do. This just helps keep the internal battery charged. You do not need to oil every day, but every 4 to 6 hours of running. The great thing about having a Blue Sky embroidery machine is your hobby items will look perfect every time and if you ever go outside of your hobby and do something for a family member, you'll have Doug and me if you need us.

Answer: No, we haven't. We have been Advantage Embroidery Inc since 2002 as can be seen through Sunbiz.org the Florida government site. We did, in 2003, start using our DBA since people called too often to ask us to do embroidery. We do not run an embroidery business since it could conflict with our owners businesses. We were resellers, for a short time, of someone else's brand and company, that company warrantied their machines. We had no control or affiliation with that company. We simply sold machines for them. We still, to this day, run a teaching group for those owners who purchased that brand from us and we have free videos, free help, and free support for the lifetime they own their machine. That is our dedication to those who purchased anything through us. We are there Always for those who purchase through us for as long as they own their machine.
