We are a family run, local business. Doug started training in 1992 to repair and rebuild embroidery machines. He has advanced his training as often as possible becoming certified in Barudan, Brother, Happy, RiComa, Toyota, Meistergram, but has worked on all makes and models since 1997. He was trained on the GT-541 and the DTG garment printer too.

He first came to the embroidery industry as an operator and later a manager of an embroidery company. There's little he doesn't know or understand in the way of embroidery.

Doug and Jesy started this company in 2002 after the company he worked for lost their contracts for selling machines. The company he'd been with was forced to lay off almost all and go in a new direction.

Jesy is my wife and runs the office so there's someone to talk to when you call. Customer service is our number one priority! She also handles the scheduling and will try to help you in anyway she can. We now offer digitizing too.

We continue to offer new and used parts, used embroidery equipment and a service guarantee! We offer maintenance, repair, phone support, rebuilds and training for most makes and models. We are based in Florida but will travel to other states when needed.
